Hydraulic and drive technology
We would be happy to take over the design of the required parts and components for you.
Tell us about your hydraulic project, we will support you with all questions until your project is completed. Starting with the basis of each unit, the steel and container construction, which we would be happy to draw and manufacture for you. Standard HYTANX containers are available from stock, with cover plates according to drawing, manufactured in the shortest possible time on our plasma cutting system. Cleaning covers are not simply neutral, also lasered with your logo from the first piece. We are happy to offer you pumps and motors as well as the associated components from our own production: pump supports and couplings
(SONEX, SPLINEX, L-TYPE, OMT according to common industry standards, so that a service exchange is possible anywhere in the world).
For measuring temperature and oil level, we offer you our NIVEX level and temperature switches. Completely manufactured by BLT. Standard and special lengths.
We are happy to design cooling and heating systems and supply oil/air coolers, oil/water coolers, plate heat exchangers, tube bundles and, at the other end of the temperature spectrum, cartridge heaters PHK, tubular heaters RHK and immersion heaters THHM and THKM.
Thanks to our partnership in the area of components, we can also supply you with valves, pressure accumulators and hydraulic filters.
In short: We supply you with a complete package for your project, all around the hydraulic unit, without any "pressure!"
CNC controlled fiber laser
Our fiber laser uses a special galvanometer drive that allows your items to be marked quickly and precisely. This creates a high-contrast lettering with a high level of legibility, which remains permanent. The lettering is therefore resistant to surface treatments and wear on the metal.
Use our service as an advertising medium to ensure the traceability of your products, as well as to achieve simpler quality controls and clear process optimization.
Materials
The fiber laser is suitable for engraving metals with hard or soft surfaces. These include materials such as aluminum, anodized aluminum, steel, stainless steel, magnesium, lead and tin. It is ideally used on our RD350 and RD475 cleaning covers, on our SONEX and SPLINEX couplings and for batch tracking on our aluminum and steel bellhousings. Nameplates with all relevant information for steel containers HYTANX from our production are also an option.
Labeling options
The fiber laser can be used to mark materials of all kinds with data matrix codes, QR codes, serial numbers, article numbers, barcodes and logos. Feel free to ask us about your labeling needs!
Construction
Drawings and 3D models can be provided on request. We create our components and complete hydraulic units using Siemens Solid Edge. If required, we can draw on a large database of 3D models that have already been created.
